Job Description:
A global Fortune 100 company has exclusively engaged us to identify an operations and regulatory attorney with transactional real estate and/or construction law experience for an exciting opportunity in Texas.  Our client’s preferred range of experience for this position is around 3 – 6 years.  This attractive role is responsible for providing a variety of legal support to the company’s manufacturing operations including commercial contracts, real estate transactions, construction-related issues, labor and employment, regulatory compliance and litigation management.  While strong transactional real estate and/or construction law experience is *required*, candidates do not need to have experience in all of the other practice areas.  However, candidates must be able to demonstrate an earnest interest in expanding his/her practice (and the ability to do so) in order to secure this diverse generalist role.  

This is a great opportunity to be immersed in the business and to work closely with clients at the company’s key production facility.  This desirable opportunity requires a self-starter who is collaborative, flexible, responsive and highly motivated.  Candidates must have strong business acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and stellar written and oral communication skills. This individual also will need to excel at handling multiple projects simultaneously and to exhibit good judgment and a high level of integrity and maturity.

Candidates must currently be licensed to practice law in Texas or must be open to becoming admitted to the Texas Bar via waiver or exam.  Competitive compensation and relocation assistance provided.
