Are you being pressured by your firm to raise your hourly billable rate beyond what your clients are willing to pay? Is new client development becoming more difficult? Are you losing new or long standing business to other lawyers whose firms have more equitable billing rates? Maybe it’s time to start talking to some fiscally responsible lawyers who have shared your sentiments and made the move to this full-service, entrepreneurial firm that offers you top notch support, an aggressive approach to marketing, and equitable billing rates.

A $200,000+ book of portable business is highly preferred, which will be augmented by the firm; however, well-credentialed attorneys with demonstrated capabilities who are building a practice but who are not yet at that threshold will also be considered. If you play your hand well, you can double or triple the size of your practice by utilizing the firm’s exceptionally strong corporate practice group for introductions to new contacts.

Competitive compensation and relocation assistance for non-local candidates will be provided. All inquiries will be held in the strictest of confidence.

Thank you for your interest in a position with one of our clients.  Your information will be reviewed by a recruiter; however, because of the large volume of inquiries that we receive for our positions, we are not able to respond directly to all applicants.  Please note that your resume submission is confidential, and your materials will not be sent to a client without your prior written consent.
